A SPELL FOR CONFIDENCE
You will need:
A piece of cedar wood about 18 inches long
Rose geranium oil
Chip a little of the wood off and put it to one side. Place 7 drops of rose
geranium onto the cedar wand and holding it in your right hand, trace a circle
around Yourself (or have someone do it for you) and visualize a glowing sphere
of light encasing you as you say:
"The protective shield of the god/dess
keeps me from harm
allows my power to grow Within me
to share for the good of all."
Place a drop of rose geranium oil on the small piece of cedar and carry it with
you. Do this Ritual every morning.
Tip: Black tea drunk with lemon is good for courage.
