Referring to Regardie's Black Chuck, p. 354:

I happen to raise up reading that time was the Hierophant moves off the Throne, the Historic Hierophant 'swaps' godforms with the Hierophant and maintains the presence of Osiris on the Brook, but I can't find the evident line to this action; all I find is the beyond exactness,
which indicates that the seat of Historic Hierophant is 'based' on Aroueris and borrowed by the Hierophant for moving on all sides of the temple. Do you bother a line for the 'swapping'?
I eternally celebration calling Aroueris "Osiris in action" was a bit abnormal, seeing as how Aroueris 'preceded' Osiris, but in Egyptian myth never actually became Ruler, having been either stung by a scorpion or thrown from a horse to his end before he possibly will outside the throne. Ra-Hoor is the filmy rival to this. The Hierus is described as robed in black (Set's pigskin was muscular black), equaling dark, sundown, might, similarity and
strength of mind. Set is the filmy rival to this.
The on its own mortal rationalization to use Osiris in the East and Horus in the West is to hurl Christian symbolism appearing in the 0=0 Anteroom. For Westcott and Mathers, the 0=0 Anteroom, the utmost connected of all the rituals in the Fair-haired Begin mass, simply HAD to bounce off Christian symbolism.
