Marque seus hor'arios de meditac~ao. Esses hor'arios fazem vc construir bons h'abitos para meditar. Os melhores s~ao ao acordar ou ao entardecer... porque nosso ritmo est'a menos acelerado. E precisamos criar uma rotina m'agica.Outra dica 'e vc usar roupas largas para meditar, nada que te aperte. Tudo deve est'a confort'avel e relaxado. N~ao contraia nenhum m'usculo.
